Gift Card – Five Elephant Online Shop
A great way to share the gift of coffee! Purchase and send a virtual gift card to anyone around the world. Valid for one year and can be used toward any purchase on FiveElephant.com.
How it works: After completing your order, a link to the dedicated Gift Card webpage will be sent to you via email.
On the webpage, the updated amount you have left on your card will be displayed, as well as a link to our webshop. Simply place all orders through that link, and the card will be applied automatically.
You don't have to use it all on one order – the remaining sum will be automatically updated on the card webpage you receive from us.
Note: This card is not valid for use in our physical Berlin cafes. This card is completely virtual – no need to wait for a physical card to arrive in the mail.

In compliance with German commerce laws, all orders are refundable within 14 days of purchase date, in the condition that the goods were returned to us undamaged. If you’d like your order to be refunded for any reason, please contact us via answers@fiveelephant.com.
