Product Description
Finca Majahual, located in Los Naranjos Valley on Cerro El Águila, offers a unique terroir that sets it apart in El Salvador. The farm benefits from a microclimate shaped by cool, moist ocean air and fertile volcanic soil, creating ideal conditions for high-quality coffee.
This coffee is part of our Orange Bourbon Project with Finca Majahual, where we partnered with producer Patrick Murray to explore four post-harvest processes using a single Orange Bourbon lot.

This extended 96-hour anaerobic process reflects one of the farm’s most carefully managed approaches, highlighting deep, layered flavors and careful craftsmanship. The cherries are fermented in sealed barrels under stable temperatures before being slow-dried on raised beds and finished in the greenhouse.
The cup profile is deeper, more complex, with notes of chocolate, plum, and cantaloupe. A creamy mouthfeel and refined acidity give this coffee both character and elegance.
