This decaf comes from Huila, Colombia, a region known for smallholder production and coffees with clean sweetness and structure. It is a washed lot made up of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, grown at 1,400 to 2,000 meters above sea level.
The coffee is decaffeinated using the EA process, also known as Decaf de Caña, which uses ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. The result is a clean, balanced decaf with good sweetness, bright but gentle acidity, and a transparent cup profile.

We roasted this coffee for our Drip Bags, making it easy to enjoy a good cup of decaf wherever you are. Simply open the drip bag, place it on your cup, and brew. No machine, no complicated setup, just good coffee, without the caffeine.
