Product Description

Finca El Mesón sits in the vereda of Berlin in southern Huila, where steep ridgelines and shifting soils mark the transition between Colombia’s mountain systems. Reaching the farm means a long drive along winding roads before the landscape opens to exposed slopes and narrow ridges planted with Pink Bourbon.


We have visited Luz Divia and Elpidio many times over the years, most recently last October, walking the farm and seeing how coffee is grown across this demanding terrain. A core group of pickers returns each season, and through the Pickers Project we support their work, contributing to more stable conditions and access to benefits that remain rare in coffee production.
In the cup, this coffee shows lifted aromatics and defined acidity, shaped through years of refining their process and a meticulous approach to post harvest work.
