Product Description
Chiroso Imperial is the result of a partnership between four neighboring coffee growing families of Hub Management Palestina, including Ramón Gómez of Finca La Moreira. Grown on loamy clay to clay soils with volcanic ash and gravelly sectors, the coffee benefits from shade practices that protect the soil and support consistent development.
Processing is precise: cherries are harvested based on color and Brix levels, floaters are removed through balseo, and uniformity is ensured with manual selection. After a 72 hour fermentation, the cherries are sun dried under canopies for 18 days, preserving their character.
This initiative brings together long standing farming practices and structured post harvest control, supporting both quality and long term farm stability.
