Since we opened in December of 2010, we have been focusing on improving the quality of our coffee and cakes. As we explore the world of these two important dietary food-groups, we often come across a story worth telling. Whether it's of a journey we have taken to meet coffee partners around the world, a new cake recipe we found, or a way of preparing coffee that you might enjoy, we now can share this with everyone.
With transparency at the core of our values, we also look forward to sharing with you the journey our coffee makes from a seedling to being a bean in our grinder.
