Product Description
Only a 30 minutes' drive south from Kilimbi, Rugali washing station can be found at the shores of Lake Kivu. Built in April 2016 as Muraho's second washing station, it is their biggest and busiest. Because of the outstanding quality Rugali produces, its coffees have been used in several national and international barista competitions.
Furthermore, Rugali and its little sister Kilimbi managed to become the first washing stations in Rwandan history to produce and export natural- and honey-processed coffees legally in 2016, paving the way for many other coffee producers to do the same today.
