As we approach the season of love, we've got an exciting new release from our bakery.

Starting February 10th, we're bringing a special treat to our cafes – a new Valentine's Day Cake, inspired by traditional Persian "Love" cakes. And if you're already keen to get your hands on it, good news: you can preorder the whole cake right now.

What to expect

Our Valentine's Day Cake has the sweet, floral notes of rosewater, perfectly complementing pistachios' rich, nutty flavour. It's got a light and fluffy sponge kept moist with RoseMilk – a sweet blend of milk and rosewater.

The centre filling is a whipped Pistachio Praline Crème, and on top, we've added some Rosewater-infused Cream Cheese Frosting. We finished it with a sprinkle of fresh pistachios and edible rose petals.
