Product Description
Perched in La Florida, Huila, Rafael Aya’s farm benefits from a distinct microclimate, with coffee fields separated from the drying areas by a deep river valley. To streamline harvesting, he installed a cable car system, replacing the long trek across rugged terrain.

This Caturra lot undergoes 180-hour tank fermentation, enhancing its structure and sweetness before semi-washing and drying for 15 days in Guardiola and Marquesina. The result is a beautifully balanced espresso coffee with rich chocolate, caramel, and candied apple, offering depth, clarity, and a long, refined finish.

This is our first year visiting and working with Rafael, and we’re excited to begin this collaboration, bringing his exceptional coffees to our lineup.
