Filter Roast
In the Fraijanes region of Guatemala, close to the city of Santa Rosa, the Buena Vista farm is located. The humid climate of the Fraijanes plateau with its sunny afternoon makes for the perfect combination for coffee plants to thrive and subsequently be fully sun-dried.
Espresso Roast
Fraijanes' climate is characterized by plenty of rainfall as well as plenty of sunshine. While the humid and often misty mornings let the coffee plants thrive, the dry afternoon allows harvests to be fully sun-dried.
