These are our current recipes. Use them as a guide but feel free to tweak them to your set up, water and enviroment.
*Every dose is based on a 18g VST ridge-less basket as well as a flat based tamper with a diameter of 58,68 mm. If you are using a smaller basket please use the basket size to calculate dry dose and calculate the volume.
**Based on "tapping" after grinding and stirring the bloom 8 times in an 8 pointed star shape, clockwise for 10 seconds with 40g of brew water, from 30-35 seconds into brew pour to 150g of brew water, then at 1:05 minute, pour slowly to full brew weight.
