We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and dispatch the next day. Please place your order before 6:00am on Monday / Thursday to receive your coffee as soon as possible.

Shipping options for international customers: DHL (For EU countries under 2 kg) or FedEx. Pricing calculated automatically once the shipping address is provided in the checkout process. All orders are trackable.

Shipping options for Berlin customers (or anyone who’s in town): DHL or self pick-up. Pricing calculated automatically once the shipping address is provided in the checkout process. All orders are trackable. Self pick-up is free of charge from our Kreuzberg cafe.

In compliance with German commerce laws, all orders are refundable within 14 days of purchase date, in the condition that the goods were returned to us undamaged. If you’d like your order to be refunded for any reason, please contact us via answers@fiveelephant.com.
