Our sensory training session gives you a thorough introduction to the steps we take in our roastery, in order to manage quality. The class also includes active participation.

    The origin of cupping and how to set up a cupping, as well as the importance of cupping and why it is used at a coffee roastery. 

    Introducing and discussing typical origin flavour profiles, by cupping coffees of different origin.

    Learning how to taste coffee in a simulated quality control session, and how to understand what language is used when tasting coffee. We will provide tips on how to apply this to a bar setting.
