Our advanced filter coffee brewing session covers a broad range of filter brewing techniques, including batch brewing and hand brewing methods. We also offer recommendations on how to build a brew bar, and provide recipes to be used on bar efficiently and consistently.

• An in-depth understanding of the correlation between extraction percentages and TDS, when brewing filtered coffee. 
• Introducing different hand brewing methods suitable for each customer's brew bar setup. Optimising workflow when brewing multiple hand brews.
• How to build recipes for the different hand brewing methods. Introducing the different extraction styles common for hand brewing.
• How to brew consistently, and produce the best quality possible, from batch brewed coffee.
